Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how publicPattern, operated by Diego Donizete, handles information when the private creator utility is connected to TikTok and used to transfer videos as drafts.

1. Information processed

The utility may process the following information solely to provide its publishing function:

2. How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate the authorized account, upload selected videos to TikTok as drafts, monitor upload status, prevent duplicate processing, renew authorization, and troubleshoot errors.

3. Storage and security

Authorization tokens, video files, and publishing records are stored locally on the operator's computer. This website does not receive or store TikTok authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, or video files. Reasonable access controls are used to protect the local environment.

4. Sharing

Selected videos and the technical information required for publishing are transmitted to TikTok through its official APIs. Information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising. It is not shared with other parties except when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and service security.

5. Retention

Local publishing records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for operational history and troubleshooting. Authorization tokens are retained until they expire, are revoked, or are deleted by the operator. Local records and tokens may be deleted at any time by the operator.

6. User choices and revocation

TikTok authorization can be revoked through TikTok's account settings. The operator may also remove the local token and publishing records. Once access is revoked, the utility can no longer upload new content unless the account is authorized again.

7. Cookies and website analytics

This informational website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or account registration. The OAuth callback page only displays the browser's current callback URL locally so the operator can copy it.

8. Children's privacy

publicPattern is a private professional utility and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the utility or legal and platform requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
